As mentioned above massage therapy can be solely for relaxation or therapeutic. We also offer stretching session in certain massages. This assist with stretching of the neck, shoulders and hips.

Massage Appointment Options
30 minute - cupping only; helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage
30 minute - this is a focus only massage. We focus on the body area in which you have issues.
60 minute - this is a full body massage.
75 minute - full body massage with foot scrub or back scrub.
90 minute - full body massage with back and foot scrub. Includes hot stones.
