What is Sclerotherapy?

How is Sclerotherapy done?

A special medication is injected directly into the veins to shrink or close the vein to get rid of discoloration. Each appointment approximately 30 minutes and multiple sessions may be necessary depending on the amount of veins needing treatment.

Inflammation is normal with sclerotherapy. Please ask about information regarding risk of infection.
